Meet the Team

Co-Founder

Tyler Conlan

Tyler brings years of experience in recruitment, consulting and tech sales to bear on Fractl’s mission to help organizations with staffing and solutions to their complex data problems. Tyler has partnered with companies from Series A through IPO, helping them build and grow teams across data and revenue generation. He brings a passion for problem solving and a focus on a deep understanding of client needs to the Fractl team.

A native Detroiter and former Marine, Tyler met his co-founder Omar at a Lurie Children’s Hospital fundraiser while doing graduate work at the University of Chicago. He enjoys all Detroit sports, something else and spending time with his seven younger siblings.

Co-Founder

Omar Husain

Omar Husain is a seasoned healthcare IT veteran with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has direct experience with most major ERP and EHR systems and has a long history of working closely with top-level administration teams. Omar understands the business of healthcare, what it takes to run an organization, a hospital system’s administrative needs, along with the technical knowledge necessary to execute projects hands-on.

When he’s not working on solving complex data problems, Omar spends as much time as he can outside–whether it's hiking out West or skiing in the Rockies. A lifelong Chicagoan, he is also passionate about giving back to the city and community, volunteering for years at the Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Anthony Costello

Anthony Costello is the Director of Data Recruitment Practice at Fractl Consulting. Anthony’s approach is centered on meticulous candidate evaluation and seamless matchmaking with client needs, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Anthony brings his extensive network and expertise to Fractl Consulting, with a focus on the data industry. He excels in placing various roles, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product Managers.

Anthony is based in the Austin, Texas region.
